How we started
Best London Removals began in 2011 as a two-man-and-van operation run by Ivelin and Filip. The idea was straightforward: offer a reliable, careful moving service and let the work speak for itself.
There was no outside investment, no franchise model, no fleet of subcontractors. It was two people, one van, and a commitment to handling every item as if it were their own.
Word spread through recommendations. Repeat bookings followed. Within the first few years, a small core team formed, and most of those early crew members are still with the company today.
Fifteen years later, Best London Removals Ltd is a fully registered, VAT-registered company (Company No. 7868738, VAT No. 195558850) operating across all 32 London boroughs. The team has grown, the vans are larger, and the service offering has expanded, but the business still runs on the same principle it started with: do the job properly, look after people’s belongings, and never cut corners.

Co-Founder & Company Director
Iva co-founded Best London Removals alongside Ivelin in 2011. She conducts the majority of home surveys, assessing access, identifying items requiring special handling, and producing the detailed, fixed-price quotes clients receive. Her direct involvement in the survey process means the team arrives on move day with an accurate understanding of the job, reducing the risk of surprises and ensuring the right crew size and equipment are allocated from the start.
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Ivelin co-founded Best London Removals in 2011 and oversees all operations, client communications, and day-to-day coordination. He remains directly involved in planning moves, particularly complex, multi-location, or time-sensitive relocations, and is often the first point of contact for new enquiries. His hands-on approach to the business means clients deal with a decision-maker from the first call through to completion.
