Confirm your booking
We confirm the team, van, start time and your hourly rate with the student discount in writing.
We arrive and get to work
Your team arrives at the agreed time. Time starts on arrival at the collection address.
Job done, time recorded
Once unloading is finished we confirm the total time and settle the booking at the agreed hourly rate, with no charge for the return journey.

Not every move needs a full-scale operation. If you are moving a small flat, collecting furniture, or handling a straightforward load you have packed yourself, our man and van service is the most cost-effective option. All prices below include VAT at 20%.

The minimum charge is a fixed fee that secures your team and vehicle for the time shown. If the move runs longer, extra time is charged at the hourly rate. The crew will keep you informed throughout, so there are no surprises.

Insurance, responsibility and peace of mind
Every move includes goods in transit insurance and public liability cover as standard, providing protection while your belongings are handled, loaded, transported and unloaded. Zero-excess cover is also available at an additional cost. Please let us know about any high-value or particularly delicate items in advance so we can arrange appropriate handling and discuss any specific insurance requirements.

Do you offer a student discount?
Yes. Students get 10% off our man and van hourly rates, with proof of student status. The discount applies to the hourly labour rate, not to mileage. Tell us you are a student when you ask for a quote.
Can flatmates share one van?
Yes. One booking can collect from several addresses, and you can split the cost between you.
Can you help with packing?
Yes. The team can help with packing within your booked time, or we can quote for our full packing service.
Which van do you use?
Our 3.5t Maxi Mover van, with around 24 cubic metres of load space.
Can I buy boxes from you?
Yes. We can quote for boxes and packing materials and deliver them before your move, at a charge. See our packing materials.
Can you move me to another city?
Yes, as long as one end of the move is in London. Mileage outside the M25 is charged at £1.50 per mile + VAT.
What if my new place is not ready yet?
We can arrange short-term storage at a trusted third-party facility until you can move in.
How much notice do you need?
Book as early as you can, especially around the end of term. Short-notice moves are often possible, subject to availability.
Are my belongings insured?
